De største norske musikerne, fyller stadion etter stadion, og samme hva du mener om det, artistene tjener fett, og smiler hele veien til banken.
Inntekta får de fra helt vanlige folk, som graver djupt
lønningsposen for å få seg inngang til norsk sommerkultur.
Det er grasrota (ikke lønnsadelen) som skaper inntekta, og er bærekraft for festivalarrangøren.
Men hvor er dugnaden for samfunnet, og sakene som
artistene samlet seg rundt før? Jeg mener ikke at de største artistene er umoralske, men at høykulturen (eliten) er blitt for høy på seg selv, og de virker feige!
Jeg vokste opp på 80 tallet, da hadde festivalene store dugnadsinnslag:
Nå er det vanskelig å forstå hva artister står for og hvilke verdier de har. Opplever at mange artister er blasse og initiativsløse, jeg vil si at noen er feige. De med tykk lommebok får stadig sterkere økonomi, og mye vil alltid ha mer. Vi vet jo alle det?Artister som planlegger ei effektiv rute, og synger av full strupe, mens de deler ut sine finjusterte viser. Ikke en pause eller et bittelite innslag, der stemmen brukes til noe samlende eller klokt? Artistene treffer nettopp grasrota, så de burde viser noen verdier, eller retning, det savner jeg veldig!
Musikk var en viktig kultur kilde, og sånne som Geldof og Neil Young, og mange av deres kolleger, ble mine helter.
De hadde baller og vilje nok, til å samle inn penger til sultrammede i Afrika!
Ikke som i dag, ser veldig lite «baller», bortsett fra Carpe D, som har noe velartikulert om alt det som skjer på Gaza. Sorry, har sikkert glømt noen, men nåtids musikere har for lite fres, de har for lite aggresjon, de mangler å vise reaksjon (eller baller) til alt det fryktelige som skjer….
